First of all, let me tell you that there are 2 kinds of PTC sites to-date – Bux sites and Aurora sites. In this post, hopefully, I can make you understand how each of these PTC sites work so you can make an informed decision if you want to stick with the ones that pay high or also join the low-paying ones.

BUX PTC sites such as Neobux, WordLinx, Bux-Matrix, UpBux, HyBux, PalmBux pay you from $0.005 to $0.01 per ad viewed or clicked. Actually, most Bux sites pay $0.01. The referral commission you get from them also ranges from $0.005 to $0.015 depending on your membership. That’s the highest that you SHOULD get from a LEGIT PTC site.

AURORA PTC sites, on the other hand, pay less – from $0.0001 to $0.005 per click or ad viewed. Referral commission is low also for these Aurora PTC sites.

The worth of your clicks for Bux and Aurora PTC sites is mainly the reason why people are more attracted to joining Bux sites because of the high payouts and most of them pay instantly. But, because of this, people tend to neglect or ignore the fact that there is much more risks with Bux sites. Most PTC sites that turned into scam sites are Bux sites and it’s mainly because they can’t survive with money they get from advertisers alone.

Bux PTC sites cannot survive with just the money they earn from advertising. Let’s take for example HyBux prices for advertising and clicks.

• They sell advertising for $12 per 1000 member visits – that’s $0.012 per member visit.
• They pay members $0.01 per visit/ad viewed for Standard members.
• If the member is a rented or direct referral of another member, they pay the upline $0.005 per ad viewed.
• So, if you’re going to compute this, they’re actually paying a member $0.015 per ad viewed (with referrals).

Now, that’s why Bux PTC sites have a higher risk of failing. They rely mostly on membership upgrades, referral rentals, and jackpots. If there are not much investments coming in from their members, it can cause delays in payouts, and, eventually, the PTC site will be forced to close down because of inability to pay members. This is also mainly why there are less ads in Bux PTC sites than Aurora sites.

This is where Aurora PTC sites beat Bux sites’ a$$. Aurora PTC sites can survive with advertising alone. They also attract a lot of advertisers because of their low advertising rates. Let’s give TheClickers as an example:

• They sell advertising for $5.00 per 1000 member visits. That’s $0.005 per member visit.
• They pay their members usually $0.002 or less per ad viewed.
• If you’re a referral of another member, your upline will get 30% of your earnings. So that means they’ll pay your upline $0.0006 per $0.002 ad you viewed.
• Total that they pay each member is $0.0026 per ad viewed with referrals.
• This leaves them with $0.0024 to spare for their website maintenance, etc.

As you can see, Aurora PTC sites are more sustainable than PTC sites. Even with no member upgrades, they can survive. They also tend to attract much more advertisers than Bux sites because of their low advertising rates. This is also why there are more Aurora PTC sites that has survived than there are Bux PTC sites.

Let me enumerate some of the advantages and disadvantages of joining Bux PTC sites over Aurora PTC sites:

Bux PTC Sites:

• Higher risk of failing or ending up as a “scam” site.
• High click rates which leads to higher member payouts. Very good for members!
• Limits with the # of direct and rented referrals you can have.
• Only 4-6 ads per day. Some of the Bux PTC sites don’t even have ads in a daily basis.
• Faster payouts because of the high click rate.
• They depend more on member upgrades, referral rentals, etc.
• More expensive upgrades and referral rentals.

Aurora PTC Sites:

• Low click rates and referral commissions.
• Low advertising prices, which attracts more advertisers.
• A lot of advertising available. Members can even earn from Paid to Signup and Paid Emails.
• More sustainable because they rely mainly on advertising. Membership upgrades are just like icing on the cake.
• Slow payouts. It can take months if you don’t have referrals.
• Way higher chances of succeeding and staying up and running for years.
• Unlimited referrals and you can even earn from second to fifth level referrals!
• Low prices for membership upgrades.

This article was not written with the intention to discourage you from joining Bux PTC sites. Instead, I wrote this so those of you who are disappointed with your earnings with Aurora PTC sites to consider the fact that they’re more sustainable than any Bux PTC site out there.

So, what am I suggesting? I’m not discouraging anyone to join Bux PTC sites BUT please be careful in deciding if you should upgrade or what. So far, I only recommend upgrading or investing money with Neobux and Bux-Matrix.

For Aurora PTC sites, I know it will come to a point that you’d want to stop clicking for them because of the low rates but what I would suggest is DON’T look at your earnings daily. Easier said than done since when you log in, the Earnings area is the first thing you’d see, I know. But, I’ve been really patient with them and I know they’d be around for a very long time.

There are some hybrid PTC sites that recently opened. They offer the same $0.01 per ad viewed click rate by Bux PTC sites but also sell expensive advertising to try to balance their earnings and profit.

Make sure you’ve done your research on which sites you should join, and where you should invest, and those that you just turn away from. In some way, I recommend joining new Bux PTC sites as soon as possible so you can get payments from them before they fail or shut down. But, do not, I repeat, DO NOT invest unless you’re willing to lose that much money to a new PTC site.

I’ve done my research on all my highly recommended PTC sites so I hope you’d base your decisions on that. Also, please read my reviews of each PTC site featured here so you’d have an idea of what you’re in for (reviews are not yet completed as of this writing).

First, let me explain to you why you would want to get your Paypal account verified. The MAIN reason is Paypal sets initial limits on the amount of money you can send, receive and withdraw from your Paypal account. Once your account is verified, those limits are lifted and you won’t have to worry about that for a very long time.

Reminder: You must be 18 years and older to sign up for a Paypal account. However, if you really want to try this out, you can create an account under your sibling or parents’ name, but ask them for permission first, okay? There’s no limit on how much you can receive but there’s a limit on how much you can send and transfer from Paypal. If you want to verify your Paypal account, the whole verification process involves a debit or credit card (Unionbank EON or SmartMoney for Pinoys), you can just ask your sibling or parent if they can open an account or if you can use their card for the verification. Anyway, it’s just $1.95 charge for the verification, which will be refunded afterwards.

Note: You might be asked by Paypal to setup 2 security questions before you can proceed to the verification process. Make sure you take note of your answers as they’re VERY important.

For this verification process, you will need:

• A debit or credit card under YOUR name
  For Pinoys, we can actually use a Unionbank EON Card or SmartMoney to verify our Paypal accounts. Read my guides here for Unionbank EON card and here for SmartMoney.

• At least $1.95 available balance on your debit or credit card.
  Paypal will be charging you this amount for verification but they will refund it to you after your card or account has been confirmed. Take note that the $1.95 won’t go back to your debit or credit card but it will show up on your Paypal balance once your account is verified.

1. Reminder, Paypal will be charging your account $1.95 for this verification. Don’t worry because this amount will be refunded to your Paypal account afterwards.

   Note: DO NOT continue with the verification otherwise, the verification will fail.

2. Login to your Paypal account and click on the Get Verified link on the Account Overview page.
3. You should see this screen where you would enter your debit or credit card information.
   Again, make sure all the information you enter are accurate.

   Click on Save and Continue. Your account will then be charged $1.95 by Paypal.

4. Now, here’s the hard part. If you used a credit or debit card, you have to check your bank statement or billing statement that will be mailed to you OR if you can check it online, that would be BETTER!You can also try to call your debit/credit card issuing bank’s Customer Service/Billing department and ask them for the 4-digit EXP (expanded) use code for Paypal so you won’t have to wait too long for that.

   If you can access your bank or billing statement online, then, just look for that 4-digit EXP code that’s linked to the $1.95 charge on your account. It usually starts with 4 digits followed with PAYPAL. Take note of that 4-digit code.

5. Now, once you have that EXPUSE 4-digit code, go back to Paypal and confirm your card by entering that 4-digit code. Once done, your Paypal account is verified! Woohoo!!

To those of you who don’t have a Paypal‘ account yet, I know that it might be confusing for you how it should be done or you’re just unsure how, especially when you’re creating an account for making money online. Some of you might even have this notion that you cannot sign up for a Paypal account WITHOUT a credit card. But, fortunately, that’s not true. You can sign up for a Paypal account WITHOUT a credit card. That’s just optional. Read on.

Here’s a guide to help you create that Paypal account and start earning!

   Once you’ve selected your country, the page will update and will give you the types of accounts that you can sign up for.

   Remember that Paypal is not available in all countries and some countries have limitations on what type of account you can sign up for.

   Now, for making money online, all you need is just a Personal Paypal account so click on Get Started button under Personal.

3. On the next page, you’ll be given a form that you need to COMPLETELY fill up.
   Make sure you only enter ACCURATE information. You must enter your complete address, and even your phone number. Don’t worry, Paypal won’t really use your phone # unless there’s a problem with your account. Usually, they do it through email.
4. On the following page, you’ll be asked to enter your credit card information. You don’t have to enter your credit card information! Simply click on the Go to My Account link at the bottom-left part of the screen, as illustrated below:

   

That’s it! Now you have your own Paypal account that you can use when you sign up with any of my Recommended PTC sites (that pay through Paypal) or my other money-making programs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You would need to get your Paypal account verified so you won’t have to worry about limits on how much you send, receive and withdraw from your account.

The plugin is call: WP Greet Box

And it does just what it’s name says it does (which is different for a plugin these days).

This plugin adds a box to the top of your blog posts that literally greets your visitors when they first hit your blog. It also offers them a quick way to subscribe to your RSS feed, and it even tells them where they came from.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for, and what a bunch of other bloggers have been search the web for as well.

The main thing I like about it, besides the RSS feed feature, is that it does help a bit with getting your blog to stick in the reads mind.

If a visitor comes from Google to your blog, the WP Greet Box plugin knows this and throws up a “Welcome Googler” type of message so the visitors is welcomed in a nice and professional looking way.
